COMFORTPURR – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing ComfortPurr. Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At ComfortPurr, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned except under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal preference or change of mind.

NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Ordering the wrong item, option, or variation
❌ Deciding you no longer want the product
❌ Expectations not matching personal preference
❌ Your cat not responding to or using the plush
❌ Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
❌ Failure to review product details before ordering

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, images, and policies before purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (LIMITED REVIEW)

We only review claims if the item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Broken upon arrival
  • With a heartbeat module that does not power on (Premium orders)

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for review:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: Primedbusiness@outlook.com
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photo and/or video evidence

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

REPLACEMENTS (NOT GUARANTEED REFUNDS)

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement may be issued at our discretion
  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • ComfortPurr reserves full authority regarding the final resolution

The following are NOT covered:

  • Improper use or handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pets, including chewing, clawing, or scratching
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications
  • Damage occurring after initial use
  • Batteries (2 AAA batteries are not included)

PRODUCT OPTIONS

The Standard option includes the plush only. The Premium option includes the plush and the removable heartbeat module. Orders placed for Standard cannot be upgraded to Premium after purchase, and a missing heartbeat module on a Standard order is not eligible for a claim.

OPTIONAL 30-DAY WARRANTY

Customers may purchase a 30-Day Extended Warranty at checkout.

With Warranty
✅ Eligible for refund or replacement within 30 days
✅ Covers performance and product condition concerns

Without Warranty
❌ No refunds outside approved defective-item claims (48-hour window)
❌ No coverage for comfort, usage, or preference concerns

The warranty must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPROVED)

If a return is approved:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging (defect claims)
  • Warranty returns must be in resellable condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ComfortPurr is not responsible for:

❌ Delivered packages not received
❌ Stolen items after delivery
❌ Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
❌ Customs delays, duties, or fees

Once a package is marked "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the customer.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Please contact us before filing any payment dispute.
